The trade fair is being held, as usual, in the Industrial Palace at the Exhibition Grounds in Prague 7 - Holesovice, on the northern edge of the capital's centre. From the very centre of the city, the journey by tram or metro lasts ten minutes. Metro line C (station Nadrazi Holesovice) goes to the Exhibition Grounds, as do trams 5, 12, 15, 17 and 34. Admission price to the trade fair: one-day ticket CZK 60 and unlimited ticket for all three days CZK 100. The entry ticket is also valid for the trade fair Antikvariát. Entry to the trade fair is free for women and for children up to the age of eighteen. Once again, a "preparatory section for future collectors" will be prepared for small visitors. After three years, the organisers will once again survey the structure of visitors to the trade fair, so if researchers talk to you, please give them three minutes of your time.

The well-known author and engraver of postage stamps, Rudolf Cigánik (fellow of the Academy of Painters), will make a presentation at the trade fair. Amongst other things, he is the author for the artistic design of the (unissued) largest engraved stamp in the world, with an area of 60.5 cm2. It is a polychromatic unique artistic specimen composed as a sheet of stamps which is printed as a steel engraving in the form of a loose graphic sheet in a limited edition and is for sale. At 4 p.m. on Friday, Rudolf Cigánik will be signing autographs at the exhibit.
This year, the collector Ludvík Pytlíček will be presenting the exhibition of unique philatelic items which he exhibited at the first world championship in philately in Singapore at the end of August. Rare and unique items (Thurn Taxis, Wurttemberg, Prussia) come from the collection of Baron Dr. Rieger, Alfred Lichtestein and other important Czechoslovak collectors.
In the last news bulletin, we informed you of the franking marks and pre-paid envelopes of some postal administrations at the trade fair. Now we are adding others: special cancellation of the French Post, an envelope of the Swiss Post and postal card of the Czech Post. The Kremnica Mint will be minting a trade fair token on the site, and the firm MDS Münzlogistik has prepared a gift set of euro coins for visitors.
