The legendary supersonic aircraft Concorde is celebrating a milestone anniversary this year. It was capable of flying at speeds of up to 2,180 kilometers per hour, twice the speed of sound. The spring Sberatel Fair will commemorate Concorde with an exhibition of collectible artifacts associated with it. The backbone of the exhibition will be postage stamps and postcards, dozens of which were issued in a number of countries around the world, including North Korea and socialist Hungary. Concorde was created in the 1960s in cooperation between Great Britain and France. It took off with passengers for the first time in 1976, and its last flight took place in 2003.
